From Research to Ideation (online, english)

Young Entrepreneurs in Science Have you ever thought about the application potential of your own research? If not, this workshop is for you. You will reflect about user groups and the network of stakeholders that surround you and your research. Why could they benefit from your research? Brainstorm potential use cases and help each other to take your ideas to the next level. You have been working on your research for a while, but haven’t figured out how to translate it into a concrete business idea? Or maybe you have many ideas and cannot decide which one to follow? Based on the Design Thinking methodology, you will try out different ideation techniques. You will learn what makes a good idea and how to formulate it for testing. Together with the Falling Walls Foundation and other universities in the region, University of Freiburg offers workshops (online and face-to-face) to introduce young researchers to entrepreneurial thinking.
